Beginning his 35th year of practice, John has had the good fortune of experiencing the practice of law from many vantage points. As a younger lawyer, John was a successful litigator and an accomplished prosecutor in the Monroe County District Attorneys Office. John moved into the private sector as a civil litigator and built a successful private practice at two of the largest New York law firms where he achieved Partner status. In private practice, John had the benefit of representing Fortune 500 clients and smaller local businesses. After 20 years in private practice, John returned to public service where over an 18 year period he was elected and served as Irondequoit Town Justice, Monroe County Judge, and acting NYS Supreme Court Justice. Having now returned to private practice, John looks to serve his clients in a wide range of practice areas, including Civil Litigation and Criminal Defense.
John currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Veterans Outreach Center and is a Town Attorney for the Town of Webster. He is a graduate of St. John Fisher College and California Western School of Law. John is a resident of Webster, New York.

Kyle has nearly a decade of experience as an attorney representing individuals and businesses in a variety of practice areas, including: civil litigation, cannabis law, business law, real estate, trusts and estates, and criminal defense. Prior to starting his own practice, Kyle worked in the financial industry for one of the largest banks in the world, as well as a Big Four consulting firm.
Kyle currently serves as a Volunteer Board Member on the Perinton Zoning Board of Appeals. He is a graduate of Buffalo State College and SUNY Buffalo Law School. Kyle is a resident of Victor, New York.
